It took 14 days from ordering to delivery This is a locking clip. It came with two other clamps that I also ordered. In my case, it's supposed to hold together a knitted coat that has no buttons and no belt. The clamp is very nice and stable. It is made of metal. It looks exactly like the dealer photos and matches the description. All the stones are there and the clasps are complete and hold tight.😊 I can absolutely recommend the dealer and the product.👍👍
