NOT IN MY DOORWAY, NOT TO MY NEIGHBORS, NOT ON THE DOORMAT, NOT A CALL OR SMS FROM THE MESSENGER, NOT A NOTE, NOTHING, NOT A TRACE OF MY ORDER. . I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT TO A COURIER COMPANY BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. I HAVE SUFFERED THE SAME INCIDENT ON THAT DATE WITH ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I AM WAITING FOR CLARIFICATION OF THIS SITUATION, PLEASE. AS OF TODAY, FEBRUARY 4, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PURCHASE, NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND OF MY MONEY.. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SUPPOSED SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON WHO PICKED IT UP, WHICH WAS NOT ME, NOR ANYONE AT MY HOME, SINCE I CAN PROVE THAT WE WERE NOT THERE ON THOSE DATES.. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND DEMAND APPROPRIATE ACCOUNTABILITY FROM CTT EXPRESS.

The product came with its original box, although without bubbles to protect it, which is why the transport box was dented on one side and affected the product box.. They took a while to send it because it was Christmas time, but then the trip to Spain was fast, delivery ahead of schedule. I comment again, I thought it would be the batteries but I put in a rechargeable battery and it doesn't go above 75% charge, unfortunately I noticed it outside of the warranty period, a shame. Perfect as per description, very happy, I connected it easily to the app, the batteries must be good otherwise it consumes them very quickly, what I liked least is that even though the box said 'fragile' the carrier threw it over the fence when no one was home.

My daughter is delighted with the very good quality. The light stick has many functions and can be connected to the show. It is a good shiny material and has a good weight. She connected it to her cell phone. 💯%Recommendation! I would buy it again immediately. We weren't expecting such good material and functions. We thought it would just light up. It can do a lot!!!
