Like many other users, the Windows license was missing or it is not activated and cannot be activated, which means it now costs extra for me. Definitely won't order here again. If countless other customers have already complained about this here, why isn't it changed, why are they sending me a PC without a license and before I have to chase after support forever, because they want a certain form of message for an inquiry? If this is not available, the gentlemen will not process it! I didn't receive an invoice either!
Unfortunately it turned out that the Win 11 was not activated and could not be moved to do its job. To make matters worse, it is a digital code. As a user, I can't do anything about it. Support has asked for patience, a week has now passed. Apparently the seller has been contacted and will take 10 days or more to respond. Support has just sent me a valid key code. The PC is now logged in and running perfectly.
Real nice device, good quality, nice packaging. 16Gb /512Gb version. Perfect for internet/mail/social media access (and roblox for my daughter) Preinstalled Office 365 (you have to get a license of course) : EN, SP, CN, JP,... (8 language. versions I believe) I removed most (that took a while) but windows 11 pro runs like a charm. BT & Wifi work perfectly. Does not heat up even after several hours and is completely silent. Added it to my home domain (AD) comes recommended.
