I don't understand the positive comments on this product! Firstly, the lid is very complicated to put in place and especially to remove. The seal provided with it does not position itself correctly. Test with whole hazelnuts. Some of the hazelnuts are correctly ground, but some hazelnuts remain unground inside despite several attempts. Otherwise the motor seems sufficiently powerful. Finally, for cleaning, the tank cannot be removed, which is not practical. I do not recommend this product. Really needs to be improved!!!
The machine does not function after being connected to the power. It is a broken machine I want to get refund , l can not find the support team button. Please help me when you see my review , thank you .
The product is good but the noise is so much which is not supposed to be. I mean the noise when grading something.
The electronic socket is not adequate, what should I do?
