Absolutely great part, really works as described. Unfortunately, it sometimes flies too high, especially when it's freshly loaded, up to the ceiling and doesn't come down at all at first. The part itself or lamps etc. could break. Also, the rotor blades turn extremely fast, so it is not necessarily suitable for small children, as injuries could occur when grabbing. After a long wait, this is how the product arrived. The box totally destroyed and the packaging a fine plastic and lacking in protection. Bad image to offer as a gift at Christmas. I hope it works as I haven't tried it. No customer care...Disappointing!
Broken packaging, everything else works as shown, everything works great, but the price definitely does not match the quality
The boxes where completely damaged and one of them are broken. Please use better packaging when shipping fragile iteams.
