It is a sedative suitable for muscle and joint fatigue. This spray can be used daily, is non-sticky, and has no unpleasant odor. It provides approximately 70 mg of magnesium per four sprays, or 500 mg per teaspoon.
How to use the product: Spray on the skin 4-5 times and massage the affected area. You can use as much as you want. A slight white sea salt residue may appear on the skin surface. If this happens, wipe or rinse. Add 2 ounces to your bathtub or foot soak and soak for 20 to 30 minutes. You can also use this spray as a deodorant.
