About the power cable connection it is as below:
- Yellow: Car Reverse Brake Light "+"
- Blue: Car Feel Brake Light"+"
- Black: GND
- Red: ACC Power "+"
This product work like this, when you parking your car ahead:
- Press on the brake, the front parking sensor start to wrok
- If there is no barrier or road block, the sensor is at the status of sleeping. The display will not start to work avoided the affect to driving safety.
- If there is a roadblock, the sensor will start to work, if reach the alarm distance, it will start to alarm.
when you parking your car reverse:
- Start to reverse your car, the backup sensor will start to work, and two side of front sensor will start to work at the same time, just avoid damage to front side.
- If there is a roadblock, the sensor will start to work, if reach the alarm distance, it will start to alarm.
- If there is no barrier, the alarm is at the status of mute.
Test method of 8 Probes machine function (use 12V battery or 12V DC power to test according to the following steps, and if works well means the machine is good.)
- 1, Plug the machine into all the probes of the monitor, and plug in the power.
- 2, To ensure that ACC always in 12V voltage (red line is connected to ACC, black line is connected to negative, screen will display - - - or a point).
- 3, Connect the blue line (brake line +) and the red line to the ACC (12V) voltage. EFGH works for 20 seconds, and the detection distance is 1m or less.
- 4, Connect the yellow line (reverse line +) and the red line to the ACC (12V) voltage. ABCD work, no time limit, and the detection distance is 2.4m or less.
Reason for reporting the wrong distance
1, Probe problem:
Probe quality-problem
- Method of exclusion: Always report the status, remove all 8 probes, and then install a separate probe to test 8 ports.
Probe angle problem: Ultrasonic probe, the test range distance is 30 °.
- Method of exclusion: Test the probes whether can detect objects within 30° of the surrounding angle (such as car bumpers, etc.).
2, Machine problem: If it's not probe problem may be is machine problem.
- Method of exclusion: Remove the machine, use the DC power test it (Plug the screen and plug in the power with 12V power, and then plug in the probe to test whether the distance is correct).
