I'm a UK size 4. So I always order 38. I'm in love with my boots, please don't think that because of the big wedge they could be heavy.....they are lovely and LIGHT WEIGHT! They are great to walk in and so comfortable. Love them they fit kinda well but I got a size smaller so heads up if u have wide feet suggest u get a size up
