Operation specification:
The use of a welding torch and torch should comply with the following provisions:
1. it is necessary to check the ejection condition before using the welding moment and cutting moment. When the ejection is abnormal, it must be repaired, and it can be used in the normal rear.
2. torch and torch before ignition, should check the connection and close the valve, and valve connections shall not leak; welding nozzle, nozzle clogging, no leakage. The use of the process, such as welding and cutting torch gas passage and a valve leakage phenomenon, should immediately stop work repaired before use.
3. it is strictly prohibited to plug the welding or cutting nozzle with hands or other objects when the oxygen valve and acetylene valve are opened at the same time.
4. nozzle or cutting nozzle should not be overheated. When the temperature is too high, it should be cooled in water.
5. gas welding and cutting torch were not stained with grease.
Rubber hose shall comply with the following provisions:
1. the rubber hose must be able to withstand the pressure of the gas; the hoses of all kinds of gases shall not be mixed.
2. hose length not less than 5m, should be 10~15m, oxygen hose joints must be tight.
3. in use, the oxygen hose and acetylene hose must not be stained with grease, and no hot metal or sharp edge objects are not touched.
