I tried them out and they are very absorbent and quite leakproof. Since my flows are very heavy I still had slight leakages but not as much as I had with a disposable sanitary pad. I found them perfect with a longer disposable one underneath as a double protection. They must be rinsed well in cold water before washed with soap and hot water to avoid stains.

I like these. They are a bit bulkier than disposable ones but they don't leak, absorb a large volume and best of all don't have the chemicals which are in disposable one so they don't make you itch.

The image is miss leading, they look like you're buying medium but I got small. Still good but they're not the size I was expecting, I should have read the the sizes.
