I thinj it's good but I wish their was an option to buy bigger sizes also. Because I feel like it didn't cover my sideboob fully and I also wishes it waa more oval shapes so it reached higher up my chest. It's a bit difficult sometime to make it stick but if you wet it first it goes easier. I do believe it can inprove blood circulation but when your a easily cold person in general the effect worns off quit fast. I haven't done it long enough te judge about if it really makes them grow, but I think it's worth the try.
