I received this toy. We checked putting battery in before packing for Christmas present fir granddaughter. But it is not working. Please advice how can I return it and where. Thanks

Item does not work. New batteries installed but still does not work. Item seems to have gotten damaged in transit as there is a part inside broken

nice little toy for a young child . Only problem was ai had to be taken away from her as she started to argue with it . 1 year old.

Works for few minutes then stops you have to remove batteries to get it to work again. Looks good port about the faulty unit
