I have a 23 cm foot. I ordered these shoes in 24 cm, uk size 5.5, thinking that 5 might be small. These look like being size 4 though, so can't wear them at all. How do I get a refund? They look very nice and seem good quality

I use 39 and ordered 40, but its one size to small anyway. So order 2 size up. The shoe is very nice, real leather and looks cool, ill give it to my mum and i think she will be very happy, its very good quality.

These shoes are the best ones I ever have bought in a long time because I put them on first time and never had to worry about a blister

Ordered size 5, got size 37, wouldn't refund as according to Joom this is the correct size and refused to refund me.
