I'm in contact with the customer service on this one. I gave so much information to them and the saynot big, what do you think? But when I put my foot in it was to big, and the shoes make my feet roll inward like trying to walk on my arches and big toe. U P D A T E: Conclusion is customer service was very reasonable and we've worked everything out quite happy.

Very disappointed as I have another pair of the same size 41 the second pair are also size 41 but more like a 40 . I have ordered two pairs for my friend and I hope we don't have the same problem. Also refunding is a pain I have learned that I need to keep the package unfortunately i no longer have it . What has the packaging got to do with my refund or replacement.

Measured as instructed! I should have stuck to my guns and order the size I would normally order!! Apart from that they look good and hopefully they will fit my granddaughter's feet!!!

Thw item was not as good as I imagined although the size was perfect. Still using it but not too comfy when in nees of walking a long walk!
