I bought two of these alien figurines the other one was packaged in a box that was damaged in transit but it was packaged in foam which protected it. This figurine was packaged in a box without foam and the box was not damaged but the figurine had the arm broken off. I would like a replacement sent to me or my money refunded. What would you like me to do with the broken figurine? Thank you I have just been offered which I am very happy now Excellent service Thank you Joom
White splattering of paint on the figure and eyes had whit dot's and the black wasn't painted correctly. I painted the eye's but could do nothing about the shatters of white paint. It was a novelty present for my grandchild but i threw it in the bin as it was poor quality.
They've been sat down in my garden for around 6mths now, if that. They have discoloured and started to crumble. Not suitable for outdoor use. Shame as they were both cute and a great add to the funky fairy garden.
