Nice trimmer/hair cutter. Not the colour i was expecting but nice design. Waited long time but i think thats more down to English customs at airport. Not well packaged. Just loose in bubble wrap and jiffy bag. Again i think thats the airports doing. As i re-ordered a second one im hoping this is the first as no paper work or delivery number. But I've got it so not a problem.

Just what my daughter required, it's very well made and she can now do lots of different in-cut designs on the children's hair, their friends have been having it done too. I highly recommend the the seller and will be buying from them in the future. Thanks Joom 😊

As a design it is well done. I used it for exactly 10 minutes, (how much charge was in the battery), then immediately put it to charge (already 12 hours)... and that's it. It doesn't start working. It's good for the price, but...

I charged it and used it for about 2 minutes. The next morning the battery was dead. I recharged it again but didn't use it. The following morning the battery was dead again. Joom makes it impossible to complain. This is rubbish.
