Packaging was really inadequate so the box was a bit mauled on arrival. Items in box where not in their proper places, this gives of a feeling “I’m not the first one unpacking this”. The trimmer looks very nice but it’s flimsy as what, you feel like it would ‘drop’ to the ceiling if you let go of it. Not what I would expect, even for this price. The missus hasn’t used it yet, I’ll be back with an update if need be.

I'm really disappointed this worked for about 3 times and now it's in the bin because that was the second time I have bought this item not exact same items and both disappointed me completely and i hate that because joom has always been my favourite.

Joom immediately gave me a refund when I complained about this item. It is very bad quality and gets hot as soon as it was turned on. Looks good, but I would not feel safe using it! It is very bad quality
