Arrive very fast, probably the fastest delivery I have had on this app. Happy to say so far glad there was an option of a box. The parcel was a little squashed however everything was all good and not broken. Had all parts to what i needed for the smoothie maker. So far I recommend you getting this product for the price I payed. Well while using this product, I realized that it dose not do well with ice as planed. Also the pink handle dose get in the way and you can't remove it. The charging take a long time. Overall a good little product to have ❤️

The box looks damaged, will update when open it. Edit: My sister tried it out(since it was her gift) and it didn't work at all, we tried to make a smoothie and nothing is working, this was a waste,I don't recommend it. It was put to charge from 7-5 pm continuously, it was lighting blue , when we got the usb out like to get it out of charge it was lighting red and didn't work at all

I tried using it to blend strawberries and milk for a strawberry smoothie. Pressed the button and the motor ran for 2 seconds before it died. I charged it overnight and tried again in the morning. Blender ran for 2 and a half seconds, then it died.

Good product, and also has the safety feature where the blade doesn't work unless fully connected. Easy to clean too. Great to crush 2 to 3 ice cubes with my shake and has a long lasting battery charge.
