hi, I ordered this item 1 month ago. At the beginning it worked well, no problems at all. After a week, for some unknown reason, the green light on the back of the heart rate readings came on, so the battery began to drain very quickly , I tried restarting it, disconnected it from my phone and reconnected it, deleted the app and installed it again, then for a few days I couldn't connect it to my phone , it didn't see bluetooth, after a few days I connected it with difficulty but the green light is constantly on, no matter if it is connected to the phone, to the app or not! The item is defective! I mention the fact that I didn't drop it, it didn't fall into the water, it was kept in ideal conditions! I do not recommend this article!
I have spent from 2pm until 8pm trying to get the watch to work even googled it went through the steps of setting up even downloaded the necessary application, but was unsuccessful in numerous accounts, I have lost patience, until I received the support from joom who pointed me in the right direction to fix the problem thank you so much, I am so happy with my watch. Thanks again for your support and understanding
Great design, quality screen, accurate tracking of heart rate and blood oxygen BUT terrible sleep tracking and no standing alerts despite of setting it up. I got two bands from this seller and they both have these issues, but this one also has the problem with receiving general notifications from the phone. It needs to be rebooted every day for the function to resume working.
