Highly recommend avoiding this product and this seller forever. Received a faulty product. Filed a claim to receive a replacement for the multisensor or a refund. Sent 7 videos, followed everything as instructed, even had to borrow a device from my neighbor to prove the batteries were new and functioning, had to upload an app to provide all the evidence. They demanded filming a 15-20 minute continuous video, buying/ applying a multimeter etc..completely insane. Everything to avoid issuing a refund. In the 20 years of my frequent online buying It is my worst buying experience ever. Thinking also of leaving the Joom! as they did’t do much to protect the customer.
The battery port on the external sensor does not work
The indication of the product's wind and water quantity is very inaccurate. Description is incomplete about the external unit.
The weather station is super, everything works.
