It was too large

The crutch is too low making it difficult to walk even with the straps set to their shortest. I want to return it and am unable to find how to do this. This website is not user friendly

Very fast delivery 🤗 (10 days). I put "my size" because it respects the measurements I ordered but it is "too big" on purpose because I wanted oversize, I did not take my exact size, I like wide overalls 🥰. I find it pretty, faithful to the advertisement, very light canvas fabric, I hope it won't wear out too quickly. I recommend it, we'll see if it lasts a long time 🤗.
