The brake valve is the main control device of the car's braking system, which controls and regulates the distribution and transmission of braking force.
The brake valve is mainly composed of an upper chamber piston, a lower chamber piston, a push rod, a roller, a balance spring, a return spring (upper and lower chambers), an upper chamber valve, a lower chamber valve, an air inlet, an air outlet, an air outlet, and an air outlet. Cars equipped with exhaust brake valves have the following advantages:
When the car goes downhill on a long slope, it can significantly reduce the number and time of braking, prevent overheating of the brakes and reduce braking force, and keep the brakes in good condition at all times. Extending the service life of shoes, reducing driver fatigue during braking, and promoting environmental protection;

3. The exhaust brake is transmitted to the driving wheels through the transmission system. The differential of the drive axle distributes the braking torque evenly to the left and right wheels. Reduce the tendency of car skidding, provide a sense of safety while driving, and increase the average speed of the car;
The oil stop switch of the exhaust brake has a certain fuel saving effect.
