I won't complain, but apparently sensitive goods were damaged during transport. It's a shame, because the movement is very nicely made. After running for a while, it stops intermittently, there is a delay of tens of minutes per hour.

Unfortunately the item was not properly packed and protected which resulted in the hands got almost broken. Had to be extra careful and gentle to try to fix them back.

Unfortunately it arrived with crooked hands. I don't know if I can make it work. I recommend providing more adequate packaging.
