After a moment it turns on again and after about 30 seconds it turns off. It simply lives its own life. I ordered an 18W bulb and received a 20W one, not to mention the scratched bulb cover

The bulb works perfectly. The quality of the internal electronic circuit is very good. It does not flicker. I recommend this product. A small minus: -The sensitivity to light is too high. I noticed that the lamp turns on, even if the room is quite bright.
