I picked my parcel up at the post office. I opened my parcel up at home. When I opened it up and checked all round I found a gap that wasn’t stiched. Do I send it back do you refund me?

Very good size, color and quality. To put a downside, the base should be a little more rigid to better carry the bag, but otherwise everything is fine
