The product came packaged very well, the packaging was not dented, after opening I found a protective cap, intense smell of herbs, smells of medicine I would say, on the packaging I found the instructions for use, but I had to translate. After using it I can say that it cleans the pores well, but it doesn't remove all the blackheads, I would say it's a maintenance mask to avoid getting more blackheads, even so I liked the product
