When I opened the package some fin was bent but considering the way these send it's normal but I'm happy anyway for the price, now that I know how it's done I'm going to make myself a wooden one with my much stronger candidacy.

Thin plastic but I assume it will cut through pastry nicely. Yet to try it but I think it is a good addition to the kitchen drawer. ➕ good size and good price, survived the dish washer machine ➖ thing plastic but time will tell
