My order didn't arrive and they don't want to give me my money back. I sent a message that I mistakenly marked it as delivered and I was told that if it doesn't arrive by 04/18/2023 I will get the money back. I have no way to mark the order as not received because the application won't let me. This is the last time I order from this site. I find it absurd because I have ordered before and they arrived on time. Once I mark as delivered by mistake and do nothing. I just tell myself to wait. On my money I say wait for what. As for updating the status of the order, they don't update it, nor do they give me a message as if something has been solved.

The product was unpacked before it was received, and it was sent to the wrong place. It's good that you can still follow the product, otherwise you'll probably be lost again. Please follow up and contact the product carefully to prevent loss.
