The jacket very poorly made. The zip broke first time I tried to pull it up. There were lots of cotton threads hanging from jacket- it is not a good fit at all _ the sleeves are very long and the body of the jacket too narrow. I would like a full refund please.

I ordered size L and received M, it seems to me that there is a huge difference in size. If it were a mistake for size XL, it would be okay, but it's probably impossible to wear a sweatshirt that's too small.
