These arrived so fast! They are very comfortable to sleep in, trimmed them a bit and had no problems with them whatsoever. About making them actually fit your teeth, I tried to follow the instructions and put them into 60-70° water and nothing happened. Watched a couple of tik tok videos, boiled more water, put them into boiling water, and they softened in 15 seconds, let them cool down for about 20 more seconds, theyn put onto one of the jaws and suck a little, press on them and all that (again, watch some videos on that), and voila! In the morning, after having slept in them just fine, I realized the bottom jaw mouthguard didn't fit too well, so I just boiled more water and redid it. It was all good and it fits.
It does its job, although if you're used to a custom-made discharge splint, this one is a bit uncomfortable. It helps me to get out of trouble, although dentists do not recommend it. It took 19 days.
The touch is made of silicone, personally it does not work for me since it hurts me and the sensation is not very favorable, I understand that each mouth is a world but hey, two pieces of each came.
Very good splint against teeth grinding, you can easily adapt to the teeth (see description) You save yourself the huge effort at the dentist and the costs....thank you
