My feet are and remain cold. The material of the sole is synthetic, the little black nubs are random dots, the alleged magnet IN the sole is not a magnet in my opinion. In short - these soles do nothing.
Arrived well packaged and if they do what they should and last a long time then there are 5⭐️ update there is only one left 🌟 because after two days of wearing the seam tears and for 👟 who are wider at the front they don't fit either.
So really top the insoles can really be recommended I am quite satisfied with this with these soles I would order them again and again. I'm happy to give five stars for that
