When attachments is placed on the trimmer stops working. When using the trimmer with out attachments it cuts out even when charged. This item is the most worst purchase I have ever purchased. I no longer feel I can trust purchasing any thing from this site again and I am so tempted to delete this app. It's only the THAUGHT that there are other items I wish to purchase that's stopping me from doing so a mediately

HELLO, UNFORTUNATELY I HAD THE LUCKY TO RECEIVE A BROKEN/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, THE BLADE HEAD WAS DETACHED FROM THE LOWER BASE, I REPORTED THE PROBLEM AND THEY ACTUALLY PROVIDED A REFUND, OBVIOUSLY AFTER SHOWING THE PROBLEM IN THE PHOTO. OVERALL, EVEN IF UNLUCKY, I THINK I HAD A POSITIVE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE THAT I WILL NOT HAPPEN ANYTHING OF THE KIND LATER, THANKS JOOM

Still to be tested, just charging the device. In the meantime I had time to test the device extensively. Unfortunately cuts badly and pricks because the shaving head protrudes. I put a thin plastic strip underneath it, now it works. An alternative would have been to file slots. Now the function is acceptable. But unfortunately the holding lug of an attachment comb has already broken off!

So I have to say the part looks good and is also well made, but you can leave the battery in as you want, it charges for about 3 minutes then it says it is full and that's not true, I left it in for 24 hours and it doesn't get full.. When I turn it on, it's empty again after less than a beard cut of about 5 cm... so just DECORATION
