This book looks at issues that can be raised in Korean grammar education from a general perspective of language education. This book summarizes the problems of Korean grammar education by dividing them into four main areas. Part 1 clarifies the nature of grammar education and deals with the problem of setting goals for Korean grammar education based on this. Here, it was emphasized that Korean language education grammar should contribute to improving actual communication skills. Part 2 covered the selection and arrangement of grammar items required in the content structure of Korean language education grammar. In particular, he emphasized the importance of the form of tubing, and also described how a linguistic typological approach can be useful in the content structure of Korean language education grammar through several topics. Part 3 covered issues related to teaching methods applied in teaching and learning of Korean grammar. Specifically, I wanted to explore new teaching methods and techniques that are being discussed in addition to traditional grammar teaching methods and find ways to actually apply them to Korean grammar education. Part 4 covered error analysis and evaluation issues required in Korean grammar education. I wanted to empirically describe the types of errors that appear in Korean grammar learning and the problems of handling them, and present specific aspects of Korean grammar evaluation along with general discussions on language evaluation.
