The car radio is very bad and very slow, until it starts up... Very slowly, my rear speakers don't work, everything was properly adjusted and installed, they didn't even send me the adapter because they wanted rafters, I think it's really the bottom drawer the one who buys the radio has to wire everything himself and whoever has bad luck .. I had to drive to the workshop and they ate 180 € for the installation from me plus the radio 120 + adapter 20 € a total of 220 € for one China radio Just too expensive I'm appalled by joom that was the first time and the last time I buy something here!!! I can not recommend it to you, I have had the experience absolutely hands off.
Despite a clear order, the delivery was different, some items arrived at home and other items were delivered to the post shop. But that's not the biggest problem: Today I had a technician there to install the radio: After a few hours of tinkering, we gave up on the installation. The adapter for the bus interface was missing and there is also no adapter for the external microphone - the jack plug on the microphone is not compatible with the device. Now our ORIGINAL RADIO doesn't work either, we have to get the code again from Mercedes for a lot of money. We will immediately return the device and accessories and hope for a full refund and return label.
It looks good but it does not open all the applications, such as YouTube, the browser and the play store, even when connected to wifi and having internet, three of the main applications that made me decide on this device, for all the modifications that it has to be done on the dashboard and lack of time I could not test it until this weekend, even having received it on December 20, and it turns out that I have this problem with the applications, I am waiting for the response of the page to try to solve the problem. Edit: solved, just clean the cache of the applications and everything is normal, thanks to the Joom team for their interest and quick response.
For the price it's not bad, it's not compatible with android auto too bad, the microphone is not very good or you stick to it or you almost have to shout for the other person to hear you, 45w or joke, the other radio was of 45w and it was heard much better than this, the igo that is installed is not compatible with music, as soon as a notice stops listening to music, I had to buy the Sygic that is compatible, it attenuates the music but never you stop listening to it, a little disappointed with the radio I expected a little more but anyway
