The headphones arrived within the indicated period but there is a very annoying background noise I have tried to do it far from other power sources thinking that it would be interference but the background noise persists I think it has to be a quality problem or product finish was very excited since I had tried them I have an uncle who had bought them and they sounded very good but these are defective I have asked the support chat and they send me others or give me a refund to see what he says I even thought it could be interference from my mobile I have tried it with another and the background noise persists gggggg also I still asked with the green ones they have come to me that color gray the color at a given moment I don't care but I insist the VAORLO 18 TWS headphones are defective THESE HAVE IT CAME DEFECTIVE I HAVE ALREADY TRIED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTS

When I put the earbuds in the station, they do not charge, it seems like the station does not work properly, also when I press the button on the station, the light is turning on green for a couple of seconds and turns off without any signs of charging the earbuds!!! I'm really disappointed as I bought them as a small present and no I can't give the earbuds that are not working properly!

Sometimes the left helmet connects harder but otherwise I go super you have to connect very quickly and all you have to do is turn off the Bluetooth and turn it on again to go in case the left does not work Anyway I'm satisfied
