The set is very nice, but.....an earring does not close tightly......

I received the order...the set is beautiful, elegant, but 1 pebble is missing in 1 ball, and accordingly it is not possible to wear it as a set...for the first time I was so unlucky, I am very disappointed, I probably won't order jewelry again...waste of money. ..refund the price for the earrings, although the product was packed normally, but it was sent defective right away, this is not respect for buyers... alas...
