The dress came too small for the ordered size (S) On the top of this it was damaged. When I contacted customer service, they told me they could not help me with the problem and would replace the dress. I was even willing to ignore the fact that the damaged and bring it to the tailor if the size would be right. I'm pretty sure I'll never order from Joom again.
