Jimmy arrived and looks brand new! Has all the accessories and instructions. We put it to work and it seems to do its job great. Picked up an incredible amount of dust, UV light works and heats up well without being too loud. Arrived quickly (4 days!) Top!

The item was refurbished but like new. The purchase was really worth it. What it gets out of mattresses, pillows and carpet is incredible.
