I am disappointed that after a long wait, finally I received this trouser but it was too small for me. I wish to return it for a refund. The order described it as a size 4XL but that is not possible. It is like a size 1X There is no way by UK Standard or by any Standard that this can be a Size 4XL. Also, I bought this in coffee, white and grey colours. The four trousers are like this one. They arrived very late. They are too small. They are definitely not size 4 XL. Very disappointing. Please I wish to return the 4 of them .

I loved the colour and style of these casual pants. Unfortunately, they were too tight for me, even though they were a Size 5XL, which I usually wear. I struggled to get them up my legs. They felt more like a Size 3XL. I gave them to my younger sister who loved them and said they made her look slimmer. She intends to buy a pair for herself.

It doesn't work for me since although I ordered XL, it's a "small" XL and I need to return it. What is the procedure for it?? I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY CLOTHES ON JOOM, THEREFORE THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT TO MAKE A RETURN, THE CHAT TAB DOES NOT APPEAR AND NOBODY ANSWERS MY COMMENT, THERE IS NO EMAIL ADDRESS, IT IS ALL VERY POORLY MANAGED.
